User is consistently clearing cache, and still has issues with this.

Sequence of opening screens is causing issues with the Vouchers Screen.
* User opens screens in this order:
* Open Pay Voucher Details
* Selects New, and opens New Pay Voucher Details Maintenance
* Closes Pay Voucher Details Grid
* Minimizes the Pay Voucher Details Maintenance
* Opens Vouchers
* Selects Custom Tab
The screen will now go blank, and she has to reload the browser. We were able to duplicate this 4 times in a row
