On a customer on 18.1 we have had 4-5 different vouchers make double postings to the GL in the past month. The data has been fixed, but we need a solution to fix it.
I have tested this to see if I could get a double post, but I cannot reliably reproduce it. The postings are milliseconds apart
There is a transaction in 99 that I kept to show the double posting and I have attached JIRAs where this issue is happening.
*Test* 1:
* Create voucher a on instance a
* leave voucher a on instance a open
* Open voucher a on instance b
* Leave vocuher a open on b aslo
* Post voucher A on instance a
* try to post voucher a on instance b (should fail).
*Test 2:*
* Create voucher a on instance a
* leave voucher a on instance a open
* Open batch posting and post voucher a
* Post voucher A on instance a
* Should fail becuase posted in batch
*Test 3:*
* Create voucher a on instance a
* {color:#333333}Open batch posting with a in display{color}
* leave batch posting open
* Go back to instance a and post
* go to batch posting and try to post - should fail
