*Steps* :
1. From TM > Open Consumption Site.
2. Open order if site has. If none, add call entry.
3. Enter the price with decimal quickly. The price will display as whole number.
*Issue* :
When changing the price on an Order the decimal will sometimes dissapear.
For example, when typing in 1.899, it will be changed to 1,899.
It appears to trigger more often when typing quickly.
Attached video demonstrates, and you can see where the period is typed then dissapears(At around 25 seconds, and again at 29 seconds).

*Acceptance* : Should display the price in decimal when entering the value quickly.
