*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Go to Inventory --> Shipment
2. Create a new Shipment and go to Custom tab
3. Enter the po number in 'Customer PO' field and other feilds
4. Now go to any other Tab and come back to Custom tab
*Issue:* All the entered values are removed from custom tab
*Expectation* : Application should keep the all entered values in custom tab.
