Works if there is already a previous value, But if the value is previously blank, it does not take what's been assigned on the time slider on the control.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
Step1: Go to Transports > Rack Price > New
Step 2: Enter Supply point
Step 3: Enter Effective Date

Correct Time selected in Time Slider doesn't show in Date and Time Field

Time selected Time Slider should show values in Date and Time Field
