Federated cannot print from Tank Management in ticket 208385 that is already linked to this JIRA. Screen connect uses the protocol handler and I can still open it with the latest version of Chrome. This tells me something can be done with i21 or the i21 launcher to fix this issue.

This keeps popping up even though you check Always open these types of links in the associated app.
I have had several customers with this issue, below is what I am having them do to fix:
# Make sure Chrome is not running, open task manager, end all chrome tasks
# Go to : C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
# Right click Preferences file and open with notepad
# Press Ctrl + F : search for “protocol” you will find it toward the end of the file

# Save the file and test i21 for the Open i21 Launcher Protocol
This will need fixed since many of our customers use this and have 80+ pc's that they would have to modify.
