Issue:
HDTN-206384 - Dashboard reports not exporting;
Steps:
Load the QC server 17.1 dev app
Click on Dashboard.
Click on Display Dashboard.
Click on ETSPOL tracking
Click on Panel options.
Click on Export
Acceptance:
Should be able to export panel
