*Issue* :
Contract screen opening as view only in new mode.
*Steps* :
1. Open an existing cotract where approval status is waiting for approval.
2. Close that screen.
3. Click on new button in search screen.
*Accepted Criteria:*
All the buttons in the screen should be enabled when the screen is opend as new mode.
Also URL is not changing while closing the contract screen.
