JDE users are having a strange issue. Whenever they store a TIF file in DMS, it is only showing the first page even though their actual file had 4 pages. I've attached one file that they showed me. After storing it in DMS, it is having only one page and rest of the 3 pages are missing. It is the case with preview and download.
They are saying it is happening only from Tuesday/Wednesday. I believe till then it was working properly for them.
JDE wants an immediate fix over the weekend for this since these documents are very critical for them.
