When clicking a menu item like Invoices, a floating Invoice Search screen should appear.
The user can filter and then open an Invoice record from the search screen.
Once that happens we should automatically "hide" the Search grid to help minimize the number of open floating screens.
If they user selects the Invoice menu later, it should remember any filters like it does in the current menu when you switch between search menus.
