Steps to reproduce
1. search account id using 'between' (do this while the developer's tool network tab is monitoring)
2. type '10000-0000-000' on the first text box then '10003-0007-003' on the second one.
3. While inside the second box, press enter
4. Notice that there is only one result on the search screen.
5. At Network tab at tools developer to see the filter parameter generated.
