Set the user profile in European format .

Open price contract screen and apply the filter
click on reports and select excel
it is not exporting the file and showing the below error.
If we set the American format it is working.

Expected Result: It should export when the european format and amerian format is set in the user profile .
When we checked int he console it is showing the below error.

Since the Head of Dallmayr is reported this issue and he is very un happy and escalaed this to higher management.
He cannot generate the report without this . hnce it is blocker.
