When looking at record with attachment, the attachment preview will come up, but show no information. The user is able to download the attachment and view without issue, only the preview is not working

Build 17.1.0314.15
Also tested in TE, which is build 17.1.0411.35
The General Journal has an attachment, select the attachments tab

When selecting the Attachments tab, the preview comes up, but nothing is shown in the preview. The user is able to select download, and the attachment downloads and opens without issue.
