Make the following changes to this screen:

# Change the Window Title to "i21 Document Watcher"
# Make the grid look more like the i21 grids (see screen shot below)
## Move all buttons to toolbar
## Pause and Start button will toggle depending on the selected row.
## Change the row colors to look like the screen below.
## We only need 1 column named "Folder Path". The Folder Name can be removed.
# Remove the default Underline from the Settings and Log Out links.
## Rename Log Out to "Sign Out" to match i21.
# In the Statusbar, add semicolon to Company and Username.
## Proper case the "Username:" label.
## It looks like the Username is a couple of pixels lower than the Company. They should be aligned.
# Add a Version number to the status bar. This should be incremented every time we update this screen.
