Add Source field to the actvitiy screen - the source will dictate the screen function (what fields are highlighted and presented. Right now source will be :
General - activity created from any screen other than the below screens
CRM - Activities created from the CRM module (opprtunity or activites)
Help Desk - Activities created from the help desk module
* The source will be the module the transaction came from
** Help Desk
** CRM
** General
this will help us define what is to be placed on the screen.
The field will be system controlled and system generated.
