Scenario:
1. Time off was approved. Status becomes 'Approved'
2. Something needs to be changed. Status becomes 'No Need for Approval'
3. When you see this, it gets confusing.

Suggestion:
Change the status to 'Approved with modifications' or 'Approved with changes'
However, this should only happen if the person who made the change is not configured to have another approver. Else, the transaction has to be resubmitted.
