1. Nicole made some changes and click on save button.
2. She click No on Submit for Approval msg.
3. Next day Nicole is on leave.
4. Since Nicole is on leave her team member Irene who also has the Contract Amendment approval, opens the contract.
5. She should be able to Submit what Nicole has changed.
6. It is right now expects Nicole to make some change in order to enable the submit button
