*Steps to Replicate:*
1. Go to Inventory --> Inventory UOM
2. Open a UOM, example: LB
3. Add another UOM and add a 'Conversion To' value with decimals.
4. Click save and close the screen.
5. Reopen the UOM and check the added 'Converstion To' value on step 3.
*Issue:* Quantity fields are displayed as a whole number and decimals are hidden
