If you add any helpdesk ticket grids to your homepage, the grids will not show any results and the buttons will not function
As seen in FB Live:

This is the view from a user who has tickets in the respecitve tabs. Also the New Button does not function, I am unsure if the other buttons work because it does not have records to refresh or open.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as a HD Agent or USer
2. Go to any of the helpdesk tabs (custom or not)
3. Click view>add to homepage
4. Go to the homepage and compare the results
Acceptance:
User should see the same list of tickets in this screen as they see in the original screen it came from
