1- common info- approval list has 2 columns - Approver and alternate approver.
JDE may have upto 6 alternate approvers
2- what we can do- give me a config to create groups . List all the users and allow selection of multiple users . On saving a user group is created and then allow it be a drop down option in the alternate approver column.
3- When the approval process starts, approver and alternate approver group receive the email ( this works today as well- notification goes to approver and alternate approver)
