1- User A creates a contract and hits save. His profile dictates that user A creation needs approval by system admin.
2- System admin receives a notification
3- opens the contract or in the notification screen itself clicks on apporve check box, on doing so prompt the user to enter his i21 log in password.
4- only if the password is correct, the activity is approved
5- because this may not be suitable for all clients and is extra work for them, this additional security layer should be switched on by a configuration
