1. Create an empty contract from an user who don't have approval list configured.
2. Log in to another user for whom contract approval list is configured.
3. Add a sequence and save it.
_Do you want to submit this transaction for approval?_l msg is not showing but Submit for Approval button is available.
After clicking on Submit for Approval button is sending the current transaction for approval but the button is visible and screen is editable.
Expectation.
Msg should appear after save.
Button should hide and screen should be in read only after submit for approval.
