*Descripiton*
Validate the field for duplicate as you leave the invoice field.
(only certian fields)
*Use case:*
* you are in voucher entry
* you enter
* vendor and invoice number into the screen
* then you enter the other 30 fields and 10 detail lines
* when you save the invoice duplicate check is run and you have wasted 2 mins.
*Tested:*

* Did not show duplicate until save.
