1. Go to company configuration -> Contract. Eneter few lines on Electronic signature Aggrement

2. Go to contract. Create a Contract with certain Entity.
3. Provide Portal access to that Entity.
4. Login to the application using portal access.
5. Open the contract.
6. Click on sign check box.
7. Aggree to ESA.
8. Select attachment tab. New attachment with the Name ESA will be available.
9. Currently Portal user cannot delete it but internal user can.
Restrict internal user from deleting ESA.
