We need to do whatever we can to get i21 to load faster. We talked about enabling cache again and several other things that can reduce the amount of data that needs to load.
A good test is to set the Network Throttling Profile to 300kbs and 750ms. This would simulate what it's like using a satellite connection on a Plane.
