*Issue* : Can't filter specific records in Tank Management > Lease Billing form.
_Note: Make sure that there are records to be lease billed._
1. From TM > Lease Billing Form, search and filter for records.
2. Click Search button. Records will display on form.
3. On Advanced Filter field, enter specific value/record. Filter is not working.
*Acceptance* : Should be able to filter specific records in Lease Billing form.
