*Issue:* Error in global search is encountered upon login using a new user. License and Services Agreemet is not shown and user can't continue from using i21.
*Steps:*
1. Login as security.
2. Create a user or import a user
3. Login the specific user imported or created
4. The user will be able to login but will encounter i21 without menus. Console error will also be encountered.
