*Issue* : Entering decimal value is not automatically accepted in numeric fields. Example, entereing .999 is being displayed as 999.00.
_Work around:_ Enter the value with 0 before the decimal point. Entering .999 should be entered as 0.999.
*Acceptance* : Numeric field should accept decimal values automatically when entering value starting from decimal point.
