* User may be analizing their data and be unaware that there are unposted transactions.
* Users may not know there are unposted transactions to review
We should add a section to company preferences to track the user that should be reminded that there are unposted transactions (using the reminder list that there are unposted Journal entries that should be closed prior to accounting close.
* We should add a Notifications section to the options
* The notifications should contain a grid for :
** Module (this is the module that is impacted by the event)
** Notification Description (This is a description of the notification
** Days before event (this is a decimal field that states when you raise the warning)
** Days after event (this is a decimal field that states an optional
** User id (from the list of active system users)
* You should be able to select multiple users to be notified of the same event

There should be a radio button that has the following choices:
* Remind before Period end date
* Remind after Period end date
There should also be a text box with a number of days parameter.
There should be a user selection for who should post transactions in the general ledger - this should be a list of the current users in the system.
When Reminders are checked (login) the user should be prompted that the "insert specific date" month end is scheduled to be closed and that there are unposted transactions that apply to that period and they should be posted prior to closing the month.
So lets setup the following criteria:
