*Issues* :
1. Custom settings for the grid does not load when reopening the form.
2. Selecting Default in Layout removes the data and rename the column header
*Acceptance* :
1. Custom settings for the grid should be saved and should load correctly when form is reopened.
2. Default should not remove the data nor rename the column header. It should only revert back the previous settings of the form.
