Create a "User History" tab that can be used on any i21 screen and be part of the i21 framework (similar to Attachments tab). This would be like a mini audit trail to show who Created and Edited the record in the screen. It should be a grid that shows the Date, Time, Username, Type (Created/Edited), and Description of what was changed.
