[~Kelvin.Quinto] , I cannot create new contact or vendor logins. However, I was able to save few grid layouts contacts for existing customer and vendor contacts.
I noticed that intUserId saved -1. Does that mean all customer contact or vendor contact login will load the same grid layouts?
