Support and Tooltip buttons should always be enable even if transaction is posted

Description Steps: Open any transactional screens (GJ, Pay Bill) > Create transaction > Post   Issue: Support and Tooltip buttons becomes disabled after posting   Acceptance Criteria: Should remain enable just like Help button
