*Issue:* Search form is not opening on the first time you clicked No button to the save message
*Steps:*
1. Open a consumption site screen. No changes should be made.
2. Click Search button on the form.
3. Save message form will prompt -(this is an issue, pls see details in TM-1060)
4. Click No button to not save the changes made
4. The form still not opening Search form after hitting No button.
5. Click No again button. This time it opens.
*Acceptance:* Clicking No button in save message for the first time should automatically open the search form and should not save any changes made.
