Could not longer add new account id

Description STEPS   1. Open An existing Record   2. Click New   3. Select Account id in the grid using keyboard.   !pastedImage_d28010_0.png! 4. Use your move to lost focus.   ISSUE:   New Account ID could not be added on the next row.       Accepted   New Account ID should be able to add.
