Repro Steps:
1. Make sure that there's no existing tab yet.
2. From i21 Menus, double click Home button.
Result:
!pastedImage_d27544_0.png! No console error appears but main menu is stuck on Initializing process.
Expected Result:
Main menu should not get stuck on initializing process.
