Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-319793 - Login - Error when login to JDE T3 environment after 23.1 upgrade|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-319793]     *Steps:*   1. Create 22.1 environment 2. Login, then attached the license key 3. Re-upgrade the environment to 23.1Prod     *Issue:*   After the upgrade when try to login getting error message as     *Accepted:*   Should be able to login successfully
