*Issue* :
When Duplicating a Letter while another Letter screen is opened, the one that the user will save will be blank when reopened
*Steps* :
1. {color:#000000}Go to System Manager > Maintenance > Letters{color}
2. Open {color:#000000}Customer Balance Collection Letter{color}
3. Duplicate Record
4. Open another {color:#000000}Customer Balance Collection Letter{color}
{color:#000000}5. On Duplicated record, edit the body of the letter{color}
{color:#000000}6. Click Save button{color}
{color:#000000}7. Reopen the saved Duplicated Letter record screen{color}
{color:#000000} *Acceptance* :{color}
Letter record should not be blank after duplicating and saving while another Letter screen is opened
