1. Go to Inventory > Maintenance > Units of Measure
2. Insert New UOM
3. Click Save button
4. Go to Audit Logs
*Issue:*
Changes are not displayed in the Audit Log
*Acceptance:*
Any changes in UOM should be recorded in the Audit Log
