When trying to preview attachments, Preview screen is blank and there is a console error

*Steps* :
1. Go to Inventory > Items
2. Open any record
3. Go to the Attachments tab
4. Upload any PDF file
5. Select any file and preview
*Acceptance* :
Attachments should be previewed successfully and there should be no console error
