* User > Detail > Approvals section should have existing entries
*Steps to replicate:*
1. Go to System Manager > Activities > Users
2. Open the user record 'irelyadmin'
3. Go to User > Detail tab
4. In Approval section, select Customers
5. Click the Delete grid button
*Expected result:* Require Approval for value 'Customers' should be removed
*Actual result:* 'Customers' is not removed; console error is displayed
