1. Go to sales > activities > batch printing.
2. Generate letter:
Transaction type: letter
Letters: prebuy letter 2022
By transaction date
From: 8/1/2022
To: 8/31/2022
3. Go to the detail tab.
4. Select a customer from the list and email.
Note: make sure to change the email address to your own personal email address.
