*Steps:*
1. Go to System Manager > User Roles
2. Open any User Roles
3. Go to Control Permissions tab
4. Click Add button
*Issue:*
Encountered error message _"An error occurred while generating listings!"_and can't open Control Permission screen
*Accepted:*
Should be able to add control permissions without any errors.
