*ISSUE* : . When scrolling, the grid automatically jumps and repositions the record and User has to scroll back again to find the records that are worked on last.
*STEPS* :
# Go to timecard Approval
# Enter information in Department, Period From, Period
# Scroll down
# The grid automatically jumps and repositions the record.
*ACCEPTANCE* : When scrolling, the grid should not jump and User should not scroll back again to find the records that are worked on last.
