JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment
*Steps:*
1. The user opens the existing contract for which the Approval status is Waiting for Submit
2. Clicks on the button Submit for Approval
*Issue:*
It only saves the contract and is not submitting for approval and approval status is still showing as Waiting for Submit
*Acceptance:*
When click on Submit for Approval button it should submit the contract for approval and approval status should display as Waiting for Approval
