Existing Performance logging from AR should be placed in Framework/System Manager module so that other modules can access it either on UI or API level.
Changes/Details:
New Company Configuration fields: Performance Logging: Enabled and Log Until This Date
If enabled, custom module implementations (UI/API/SQL), all search screens and all reports will be logged.
