JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment
*Steps:*
* Submitter User creates the new Tea contract by entering all the relevant details, sequence and the vessel details and clicks on Save button
* System prompts the message as "Do you want to Submit this transaction for approval?", the user clicks on NO button.
* Then user changes the contract status from Unconfirmed to Open and saves the contract.
* System again prompts the message as "Do you want to Submit this transaction for approval?", the user now clicks on Yes button.
*Issue:*
The contract {color:#242424}is not submitted for approval it only gets saved{color}
*Acceptance:*
The contract should get submitted for approval when select the Yes button in the prompt message
