*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-268088 - DMS is overwriting already uploaded file when amendment mail is sent from the contract|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-268088]
*Steps:*
- Create a purchase contract
- Click on Email -> Contract and send it using i21 email screen. System automatically attaches the document Contract-P2223.pdf to DMS folder
- Make few changes like changing the payment terms (contract amendments)
- Click on Email -> Contract and send it using i21 email screen. System is overwriting the original contract with the new amended contract.
*Issue:*
DMS replaces the already uploaded file when resending/reopening a Contract Email.
*Accepted* :
- Add DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS to the file name while saving a document when it is sent from i21 email screen.
