As a result, sending authenticated emails through smtp.office365.com SMTP server is prohibited. Please note that Microsoft has already started to retire basic authentication for all its customers. # The TLS version of the i21 system is too low for it to be compatible with our O365 tenant. Minimum version of TLS1.2 is required. # iRely i21 system to be compatible with MP O365 services to continue using iRely i21 email functionality   *Steps:*   1. Go to System Manager > Company Configuration   2. Go to System Manager Menu > SMTP Email Settings panel   3. Send Test Email   *Issue:*   Can't send a Test Email   !pastedImage_d178010_0.png|height=410,width=549!   *Accepted:*   Should be able to send email without any errors.
