*Steps:*
1. Go to Common Info > Salesreps
2. Create a Sales Person
3. Go to Payroll > Employees
4. Create an Employee using the same email address of Sales Person
*Issue:* out of the 90+ employees that need portal access, ~30 of them are getting an error message of "user already exists" and the system is not allowing the portal setup. We cannot determine where the setup for these employees is duplicated.
*Accepted:*
Prompt message should tell where email address already existed.
Need some assistance with getting these ~30 employees portal access.
Attached is a CSV of all the employees with notation on who is receiving the error.
